Rachel O'Dwyer, CNIM
CEO, Sales & Marketing
Rachel started in the in the IOM field as a technologist in 2010 and grew into the role as the Director of Technical Operations. Later she was a partner in an IOM company for 4 years. Rachel holds a BS in Biological Sciences from Virginia Tech and has attended both the Dale Carnegie and Stagen Integral Leadership courses.
Catherine Quinn, MS, CNIM
CTO, Product & Development
Catherine started in the IOM field as a technologist in 2012 and grew into a position as the Director of Quality Assurance. Catherine holds a MS in Brain & Behavioral Sciences from UT Dallas and a BS in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University. She harnesses her experience in software development and business management in her role.
